Irwin County Schools will host the 2nd annual “Meet the Tribe” event this year on July 25th from 6-8 PM. We would like to invite the community, parents, students and school system personnel to attend. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet school and district level administrators and staff, teachers, cafeteria and transportation personnel, club sponsors and other staff members. Local businesses, church groups, health services, merchandise and food vendors will also be in attendance. There will be a waterslide set up for students to enjoy! Irwin County students participating in fall sports and marching band will be introduced. Your support is very much appreciated as we are excited for you to Meet OUR Tribe!
In addition to “Meet the Tribe”, ICMS and ICHS will hold orientations for rising 6th and 9th grade students at 5:00 PM. Parents and students are encouraged to attend “Meet the Tribe” from 6-8 PM following orientations. Please park in the student parking lot beside the covered bus ramp for these events. We look forward to seeing you there!
