The new school year is upon us and as summer break ends, we are excited to resume our normal routine.
We will continue to use our MealViewer mobile app and web-viewer to display our menus for breakfast and lunch. To try out our app, in case you haven’t already been using it, just search for MealViewer in the Apple App Store or GooglePlay. Install the app. Open and search for Irwin. You may then set our schools as your favorites to make them easily accessible. School breakfast and lunch menus may also be accessed online on our menu webpage at:

Higher participation rates help our schools qualify for more finances designated for the school nutrition department. This means the cycle can continue and our schools can keep improving! Our system is continuing to implement Community Eligibility Provision system wide, so ALL our students may continue to eat breakfast and lunch AT NO CHARGE. We ask that parents, students, and staff prepay for all purchases, such as extra food items, drinks, snacks, etc. by depositing funds into their lunch accounts BEFORE the lunch service period. This requirement is necessary to maintain a speedy lunch service for all.
We are thrilled to use this opportunity to speak to your students in the digital language that they speak so fluently. Visual stimulation and this new digital language from MealViewer are going to continue to help our school administration, and specifically our school nutrition team, connect with our students to create a more vibrant and healthy school environment. We are hopeful that these useful tools will help foster more conversation about making healthy choices, balanced diet discussions, and much more!
